Finance Manager & Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established international trading and shipping group to hire a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant. This is a broad role covering financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, audit, treasury, and process improvement across regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor AR, AP, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with trading, shipping, and operations teams to provide financial insights.
• Support statutory audits, tax matters, and internal controls.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects.
• Assist management with ad hoc projects and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 6-8+ years of accounting, reporting, and FP&A experience.
• Big 4 audit and trading/shipping industry exposure are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
