Finance & Administration Manager - Start-up, Urgent hiring

Our client is a start-up business with rapid business growth and global presence. With their finance team expanding, they are currently looking for an Finance & Administration Manager to join their APAC finance team

Reporting to the APAC Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations and the full set of books for the Hong Kong business
  • Prepare quarterly Budgets & Forecasts and work closely with internal business partners to monitor and manage performance
  • Assist in Tax filing and liaising with external parties (e.g. bankers, auditors, and various business partners)
  • Support the group's Finance function by carrying out regular Internal Controls and procedure reviews
  • Handle various corporate and HR administrative tasks as well as ad hoc projects as required

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting system "Xero" and Microsoft Office Suite would be a plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Chinese and English, able to build and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
