Field Coach - Beauty

About the Role:

• Organize and deliver on-site coaching sessions for frontline staff
• Develop coaching plans by reviewing each staff member's performance as well as group-level results.
• Gather feedback and analyze productivity and other relevant data to evaluate coaching effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with frontline staff and create tailored development plans.
• Produce coaching session reports in a clear, well-structured format.
• Implement on-site training activities that are customized to the individual needs of each frontline staff member.

About the Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training or within the beauty industry.
• Experience in skincare, luxury retail, cosmetics, or wellness is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Beauty Trainer, Senior Beauty Consultant, Counter Manager, or Learning & Development Executive is highly desirable.
