Background
Our client is a global retailer in luxury automotive industry with headquarter in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who sits in the president office to support 1 - 3 senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing professional and full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports to the Management for business routines
  • Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls for the team
  • Organize and maintain the filing system and storage of confidential documents
  • Provision of full spectrum of professional administrative and secretarial support to senior executive and team
  • Efficient calendar/dairy management, meeting coordination, work prioritisation and take meeting minutes as required
  • Communicate with external and internal parties, such as department head and business partners.
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Executive Assistant
  • Fluent to native in English is a must
  • Presentable and organised, oversea returnee is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
