Our client is a global retailer in luxury automotive industry with headquarter in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who sits in the president office to support 1 - 3 senior executives.
- Responsible for performing professional and full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports to the Management for business routines
- Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls for the team
- Organize and maintain the filing system and storage of confidential documents
- Provision of full spectrum of professional administrative and secretarial support to senior executive and team
- Efficient calendar/dairy management, meeting coordination, work prioritisation and take meeting minutes as required
- Communicate with external and internal parties, such as department head and business partners.
- Additional Ad-hoc tasks
- Minimum 3 years experience in Executive Assistant
- Fluent to native in English is a must
- Presentable and organised, oversea returnee is a plus
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
