Our client is a sizable investment company, they are looking for an admin assistant/receptionist to support the office admin team.

Responsibilities:

  • General admin duties including travel arrangement, pantry and office equipment inventory control and meeting arrangement
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for the admin team
  • Assist in general administration, document handling, database update and clerical work
  • Perform ad hoc task as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience in supporting expats
  • Admin experience in MNC
  • Sound knowledge in computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available
