Executive Assistant/Analyst, excellent English, CRM exp.

Job description

Our client is a financial investment company with offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. Due to business needs, they are looking for an executive assistant to start immediately. You will report to a team of 3. This is a work-life balance position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Utilize your previous CRM experience to manage communications, setup reminders, input client information, etc.
  • Track and input client or customer data into a CRM database
  • Basic research for company info and investor info
  • Extensive calendar management, arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of CRM and admin experience in financial service companies
  • Responsible, obedient, energetic and willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English skills is a must
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
