Our client is a renowned insurance company with offices in Asia and Europe. Due to business needs, they are looking for an executive assistant to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to 2 senior management members
  • Extensive calendar management, arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
  • Office daily operations and data maintenance
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in similar positions within financial services
  • Responsible, energetic and dynamic
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
