Executive Assistant | Central


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated executive and administrative support to the Chairman on a daily basis
  • Liaise closely with senior leadership to coordinate meetings, events, and internal/external engagements
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation documents
  • Manage travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics coordination
  • Handle confidential information, correspondence, emails, and phone communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for sensitive documents in an efficient and structured manner
  • Oversee general administrative functions within the Chairman's Office
  • Support additional projects and assignments on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or professionally trained in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives in sizeable organizations; prior exposure to industries such as real estate, transportation, leisure, or cruise will be advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Professional, mature, and presentable with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
