- Renewable contract
- Min 4 years of EA experience in Financial Firms
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support including but not limited to scheduling intensive business appointments, travel and hotel reservation, complex diaries management.
- Handle telephone correspondence efficiently, record messages and matters in a timely manner.
- Prepare various reports, correspondences and presentation materials.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Degree holder in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience serving senior executive
- Proficient in managing multi-tasks and prioritizing resources
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Good organizational skills, detailed-minded and independent
- Good time management, able to undertake multi-tasks with tight schedules
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
