ERP Business Analyst Team Lead - Commerce - Hong Kong

A commercial client is looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join their ERP project team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the BA team and act as person-in-charge for: business analysis and business application roadmap planning
• Liaise between business users and Technology teams, ensuring solutions/products are aligned with business goals and strategy.
• Facilitate solution delivery and execute change management processes where necessary to ensure successful deployment
• Take on ad-hoc project management tasks if required

Key requirements

• 10+ years' relevant BA & PM experience with business application solution design and implementation, preferably within MNC or sizeable firms
• 4+ years' team leadership experience
• Subject matter expert in Finance/Procurement/HR ERP systems
• Strong experience in senior stakeholder management, vendor management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
