Our client is a popular consumer brand with a well-established online business. A new digital and e-commerce manager has arisen. Reporting to the AVP, you will

  • Plan and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business goal
  • Lead the development of ATL communicationsfor brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development
  • Analyze market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in the category
  • Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness
  • Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, developer, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives
  • Adheres to the brand's marketing, branding, programming and security guidelines
  • Accountable for A&P budget control and sales analysis

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in brand or e-commerce P&L management
  • Strong in digital marketing with exposure managing social media is a must
  • Alter to social listening and data analytics trend
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
  • Candidate with agency / production house background preferred
  • Innovative, tenacious, self-driven and passionate
