Director, Global Enterprise Applications | Oracle NetSuite

About the Role

Our client is a fast‑growing, innovative mid‑size multinational company and they are looking for a Director, Enterprise Applications to join their team in Hong Kong.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the enterprise applications landscape to support rapid global growth and digital transformation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of core business systems across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Functions. You will also play a key role in advancing data intelligence and exploring AI‑enabled digital solutions to drive business insight and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with business growth and transformation goals
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and governance of core business systems, with a strong focus on ERP (Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate functional requirements into scalable system solutions
• Drive digital innovation initiatives, including data intelligence, analytics platforms, and AI‑enabled use cases
• Oversee system integrations, data flows, and application architecture across a multi‑system environment
• Manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners globally
• Build and lead a high‑performing applications and delivery team
• Establish best practices for system security, data integrity, change management, and application lifecycle management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• 15+ years of relevant experience leading enterprise applications in a complex and cross markets environment
• Strong hands‑on exposure to NetSuite ERP (implementation, optimization, or global rollouts highly preferred)
• Broad understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Operations
• Experience in leading and coaching a full-scale and offshore technology team.
• Demonstrated success delivering new digital solutions, particularly in data intelligence, analytics, automation, or AI‑driven initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution‑focused mindset
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors across regions
