Key Responsibilities

  • Client personalization journeys: Support the full implementation of hyper‑personalized experiences for clients.
  • Insight-driven campaigns: Execute initiatives that leverage customer data and digital behavior to drive commercial outcomes.

  • Customer engagement: Develop and deliver campaigns that boost digital activity, revenue growth, and Net New Investment Assets (NNIA).

  • Targeted strategies: Assist in deploying data‑driven personalization to deliver tailored content and experiences.

  • Digital content management: Oversee pre‑login content across platforms, ensuring relevance and engagement.

  • Commercial content strategy: Support a holistic content plan aimed at lead generation and client transactions.

  • Client communications: Assist with communication blasts such as CIO house views and other priority content.

  • Content distribution: Drive reach by supporting distribution across mobile apps, websites, email, and social media.

  • KPI tracking: Monitor metrics on engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

  • Data analysis: Identify trends, optimize performance, and refine commercialization strategies.

  • Expense management: Handle marketing spend and accruals.

  • Lead nurturing: Implement approaches to convert content engagement into sales opportunities.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams including CIO Office, Advisory, Marketing, Data, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology for seamless execution.

  • Policy adherence: Ensure all content and communications comply with Citi policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
