Data Engineer

Establish and manage data governance frameworks, oversee data quality controls, and ensure data security and regulatory compliance across distributed systems.
Act as a link between business users and data engineering teams to ensure business logic is accurately implemented in data pipelines and data warehouse designs.
Create, enhance, and maintain dashboards with a focus on performance and usability. Connect Tableau to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud platforms, to support analytical needs.
Conduct user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation to drive adoption of data solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years focused on Tableau development, preferably within the global sourcing or retail sector, with exposure to data governance or data management functions.
Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices in public cloud environments.
Proven experience with SQL, ETL workflows, and data warehousing methodologies.
Exposure to NotebookLM and collaboration or documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace would be an advantage.
