Data Analyst & Power BI Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive Power BI reports tailored to business needs using DAX and Power Query.
• Data Integration: Connect and model data from various sources like SQL, Excel, and APIs while ensuring accuracy.
• Security & Compliance: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive information.
• Data Quality: Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure reliable reporting.
• Support & Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and empower business users through training and self-service tools.
• Collaboration: Work with IT and retail teams using platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex retail data into meaningful insights and narratives.
