Our client is a Financial Services Company who is looking for a Customer Services/ Administration Officer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiry with a logic sense and good customer service attitude
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for problem solving
- Perform regular reporting
- Assist in administrative work
- Support marketing activities, events and other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Good command in both English and Chinese.
- Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
- Immediate available is a MUST
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
