Customer Services Officer, Call Centre (20-25k)

Job description

  • Customer service experience preferable
  • 5 Days work per week
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Description:

  • Customer complaints screening, classification and distribution according to the Bank's protocol
  • Handle simple written complaints
  • Handle office administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE/ HKCEE or above Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Knowledge in consumer banking products and services
  • Good in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Experience in complaint handling is an advantage
