Customer Service Specialist (Consumer Electronic; 28k)

Job description

My client is a top tier consumer electronics company. Looking to enhance their customer experience, they are now in search of a Customer Service Specialist.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle hotline for Service Center with accurate product knowledge
  • Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, and customers in Hong Kong
  • Manage inventory and spare parts for distributors
  • Support distributors / deals with after sales-services, regular product training and product safety standards updates
  • Collect feedback and generate technical report for other internal teams such as QA and product development
  • Collaborate with other internal department to ensure customer satisfaction

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of customer service experience within the electronics industry
  • Experience communicating with retailers, distributors or direct customers
  • Caring and problem solving personality
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and English
