With an aggressive growth plan in APAC, they are now hiring suitable candidates to set up the Customer Service Team as a Customer Service/ Call Centre/ CRM Manager.
As a Manager in customer service/ call centre team, you will lead the call centre team to meet business targets and goals across service standard and sales. You will be responsible for maintaining the service level of the call centre by recruiting and training the customer services officers. You will work closely with sales & marketing team on new promotion/ marketing support. You will actively analyse on call centre performance and CRM data for the business decision. You will support on customer relationship management by retaining loyalty customer. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid call centre management experience to join the growing company and further explore the high potential market.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 7 years experiences in customer service/ call centre management
- Experience in a team-leading role is essential
- Open for candidates from different industries
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
