Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Handle customer's enquiries and handle complaints regarding shipments and orders
  • Provide an excellent service to customer
  • Maintain CRM system

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above)
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Immediately Available or short notice is preferred

Job Offer

  • 20-25k/month
  • 13 months guaranteed
  • Mon to Fri office hour
