Our client is a listed US retail / distribution company, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to cope with the quick expansion. The candidate will be handling customers inquiry and provide assistance to Taiwan and China business as well.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent service to our customers in office counter or via phone.
  • Handle full reception duties including greeting visitors in a professional manner and answering phone calls.
  • Responsible for processing sales orders and handling customers' enquiries & applications in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties (data entry, updating and filing documents, handling all incoming emails, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Provide training and support to Taiwan and China office
  • Travel will be required occasionally


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
