- First line complaint resolution
- Handle general customer inquiry
- Listen to customers, understand their needs and offer relevant products, services and solutions
- Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solution
- Excellent customer-serving manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 5-day work week -flexibility to work
- Good command in English and Cantonese
- Experience in an insurance environment is essential
- Minimum of 1 year in customer facing experience prior
