Our client is a leading FMCG retailer. Playing a key role in the industry, it has developed a strong market share with coverage on most of the major brands. With an aim to expand the company's business, we are now hiring a Customer Service Manager to join the team.
You will have to manage a customer service team and the daily call centre operations of the company. You will have to work closely with the ecommerce and other departments to come up with effective business strategies. You will also need to monitor the call centre KPI, handle customer complaints and special complaints from social organizations.
To qualify, you must possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
- At least 8 years of customer service experience in FMCG or F&B industry
- Team management experience and strong leadership
- Being fast paced and flexible to work in a fast moving call centre environment
- Good communications skills with proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
- Experience in Ecommerce Customer Service will be a bonus
