Our client is a leading retailer in the Asia Market with a diverse product portfolio and strong service standard. These days, we are hiring passionate individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Manager.
Leading a small team of subordinates, you will have to monitor the service centre's KPI and E-commerce as well as handle complaints according to different circumstances. You will also have to provide the team with regular coaching to ensure up-to-standard customer service can be achieved. You will also need to perform any ad hoc duties as needed.
To qualify, you must possess:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service industry, experience in call centre will be an advantage
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and strong leadership to support the team's daily CS operations
- Excellent communications skills with proficient Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Team management experience is a must
