Customer Service Executive - MNC B2B Company
Our client is a subsidiary of one of the Largest Fortune 500 FMCG company. Started in the US, our client has now branched out and have well established sales network in 100 different countries in the world. Their HK branch being their key Asia hub is now undergoing an aggressive expansion plan and they are now in search for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing supreme services to customers by responding to requests and inquiry promptly. You will be working closely and coordinating with other internal and external stakeholder including the logistic team, sales department and various overseas distributor for order placement and deliveries with procurement. Last but not least you will be generating and composing sales reports for management review.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree educated
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Great proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphical applications
- At least 1 year B2B customer service experience or related principle
