Customer Service Change Manager - Luxury Retail - Hong Kong

A top-tier global luxury retail firm is looking for an experienced Customer Service Change Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities

  • Review existing global guidelines for customer service (e.g. call centre, survey etc.), and perform customization for APAC markets accordingly
  • Monitor customer service quality, identify areas which require improvement, develop and deliver training material for maximizing individual contribution and engagement
  • Initiate and drive change management at regional and global levels

Hiring requirements

  • Strong supervisory/training experience on customer service within MNC environment; prior exposure to luxury retail would be an advantage
  • Strong APAC market knowledge and cultural exposure
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more of the following languages would be an advantage: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
