Customer Relation Officer - up to 20K

Our client is a Banking Corporation provides a full range of banking services. They are now looking for a Customer Relation Officer to join their team to assist their daily operations and maintain a good relationship with their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform operator duties including picking of calls from hotline, jotting of comments for further handling, taking and relaying of messages to the appropriate individuals
  • Assist in maintaining customer feedback database such as data entry, scanning and uploading of paper and electronic records, tracking multiple deadlines and keeping documents and records orderly and accessible for the department
  • Assist in handling office administration duties such as mailing and filing
  • Provide clerical support and assist in ad hoc projects assigned by direct report



Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum of one year's work experience preferably in customer servicing field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
