Customer Data Analyst/ Direct Marketing Executive
Our client is a leading telecommunications company renowned for its promising services and prestige brand image. Acting as a key role in the industry, it has maintained a strong customer profile with consistent business performance. We are now hiring a Customer Data Analyst/ Direct Marketing Executive to join the team.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will have to assist with the market segmentation, data generation as well as analysis of the company's direct marketing team, you will need to work closely with other internal departments to execute direct marketing campaigns by performing UAT, data mining as well as managing a pool of customer data. You will also have to track and report related data to provide catch up with up to date marketing strategies.
To qualify, you must possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Information Management or any related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in retail industry, preferably in telecommunications companies
- Usage of SAS, SQL and Cognos
- Hands on exposure in data analysis, and data management
- Being fast paced to cope with the fast changing retail environment and a good team player
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
