Customer & Business Insights Manager
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company and they are a regional distributor of luxury vehicles across Greater China. This role sits within a newly created Customer & Business Insights team as part of their vision and strategy to improve customer experience and create a class-leading customer journey.
In this newly created role, you will report to the Group General Manager and be responsible for leading the Customer & Business Insights division. You will partner with key stakeholders within the business to understand the existing customer journey. By analysing different data points and use financial and data modelling tools to identify challenges, opportunities and areas for improvement. Working closely with the senior management team as well as business unit leaders, you will devise a strategy, roadmap and appropriate actions steps to reach project objectives.
The ideal candidate:
- 8-10 years of experience in customer loyalty, customer experience with at least 4-5 years of practical experience in data analytics/business intelligence
- Exceptional numerical skills with strong commercial sense and business acumen
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactiveness
- Ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Regional exposure across Hong Kong and China markets will be critical
- Spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is a must
