Customer Analytics Manager, Banking

Job description

Our client is a well-established bank with diversified business in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre customer analytics/ business intelligence professional to join their bank in retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the team to drive data analytics to provide business insight to support on driving business performance for retail banking business. You will build performance dashboards and identifying trends to support business evaluations on marketing activities, sales performance and portfolio management. You will drive cross-function discussions based on insights drawn from the analytics and assist in formulating business plans. You will also carry out projects on expanding usage of data analytics results on other business functions.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in data analytics/ CRM/ Business Intelligence/ database marketing gained in Banking
  • Knowledge in SAS/ SQL & Tableau is highly preferred
  • High adaptability, pleasant personality and great organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
