Our client is a subsidiary of one of the Largest Fortune 500 FMCG company. Started in the US, our client has now branched out and have well established sales network in 100 different countries in the world. Their HK branch being their key Asia hub is now undergoing an aggressive expansion plan and they are now in search for a Customer Service Manager to lead their CS team.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing supreme services to customers by responding to requests and inquiry promptly. You will be working closely and coordinating with other internal and external stakeholder including the logistic team, sales department and various overseas distributor for order placement and deliveries with procurement. Last but not least you will be generating and composing sales reports for management review.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
Over 5 years in managing telesales including strong background in customer acquisition re-engagement & retention
Able to priorities and handle multiple tasks
Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, detailed-mined and able to work independently and under pressure
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
