Corporate Access Associate (Temp to Perm)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist and report to the Department Head
  • Coordinate internal / external events (Corporate days, seminars and Annual Conference)
  • Support event logistic arrangement, video/ telephone conference
  • Closely communicate with vendors and other regional branches
  • Admin support duties such as contacting duties & ordering corporate gifts
  • Assist in hotel booking and other logistic coordination
  • Update company system and database from time to time



Job Requirements :

  • Graduated from Marketing/ Events/ related studies
  • 1+ year of related working experience, preferably in financial institutions
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC application, such as Excel (vlookup)
  • Passionate team player with good command of communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Immediate availability preferred
