Content Marketing Manager, Virtual Bank

Job description

Our client is a fast-expanding virtual bank in Hong Kong. As part of growth, a unique opportunity has been created for a content marketing Professional to join their expanding Marketing Communications team.

Reporting to Head of marketing, you will be the key member of the customer communication team to plan and implement content strategies for the bank focusing on mobile apps, blog, social media and website. You will work closely with different internal stakeholders to develop bilingual content materials to promote banking products and brand awareness. You will work closely with UX designer on UX writing and create excellent UX journey for the customers. In addition, you will support the team in other customer communications campaign and materials for the bank.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree in related disciplines
  • 5 years relevant experience in content marketing/ marketing communications/ editorial/ copywriting in financial institutions
  • Experience working in start-up/ fintech industry will be a plus
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
