Consumer Insights/ CRM/ Sales/ Business Analyst, FMCG
Our client is an FMCG company focusing on health supplement items. Armed with numbers of well-known brands and a wide range of product portfolio, the company is aggressively growing in the region. To support the growth of the brand and business across HK & Macau markets, they are now keen to hire an Analyst to lead the end to end market analysis and insights functions.
Reporting directly to the GM, you will work closely with the regional team in preparing marketing and business reports. You will draw customer & sales data and translate into meaningful reports. You will analyse customer segmentation, behaviour, competitor movement and etc. You will provide market insights and recommendations based on the reports. You will work closely with internal parties in business operation and ongoing process improvement for performance checking. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid CRM/ market/ sales/ business analysis experience to join the growing company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree or above
- At least 3 years experiences in CRM data analysis, market, trend analysis and etc.
- Open for candidates from different industries or agencies background
- Strong in excel
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
