Job description
Our client is a well recognized Financial Services who is looking for a Customer Care Officer / Manager to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints.
- Cooperate with other departments in order to conduct case investigations and ensure the investigation reports are submitted on time
- Identify areas for improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction, and take remedial actions with the relevant departments
Requirements:
- Related discipline with relevant experience and professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Banking or Financial Services background in customer service and complaint handling role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese writing
