Job description

Our client is a well recognized Financial Services who is looking for a Customer Care Officer / Manager to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints.
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to conduct case investigations and ensure the investigation reports are submitted on time
  • Identify areas for improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction, and take remedial actions with the relevant departments


Requirements:

  • Related discipline with relevant experience and professional qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of Banking or Financial Services background in customer service and complaint handling role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese writing
