Collection / Risk Control - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk and control activities, prepare management information reports, perform account reconciliations, and support various operational and administrative processes.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives related to operational improvements, system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and process optimization to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of collections services.
• Assist the Secured Collections Manager in managing collection and recovery activities for mortgage and other secured lending portfolios.
• Develop, maintain, and update departmental procedures and operational guidelines to support consistency, efficiency, and compliance within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Approximately three years of experience in credit risk, risk management and control, or a related banking function; professional certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in delivering high-quality service.
