Cloud Operation Manager

We are looking for a Cloud Operation Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day management of cloud and infrastructure environments. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, improving performance, and supporting cloud cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and carry out troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with development and architecture teams to improve system design and implement cloud solutions.
• Assist in infrastructure migration projects, including moving on-premise systems to cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize cloud resource usage, including identifying unused services and recommending cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the preparation of reports on cloud usage, performance, and cost tracking.
• Administer Windows servers, including system setup, patching, security controls, and user support.
• Participate in implementing best practices for system reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Around 6-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure is a must.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Vmware.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and system monitoring.
• Experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and system security concepts is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred.
• Relevant certifications on Azure (cloud or infrastructure) are a plus.
