Our client is an international start up SaaS company already with success working with some of the largest corporations. They are one of the first kind in their offering and has a growing demand in the market as their service will significantly cut resources and costs for their clients. They are now looking for a Client Success Manager (APAC) to join their Hong Kong office.

You will be taking care of exsisting client portfolio in the APAC region, maintaining relationships, client on boarding and trainings, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and also yearly review. You will be providing consultations via calls, running demos, meetings, etc.; making sure that the revenue generated from each accounts are growing.

  • At least 2 years of account management, client servicing or sales experiences, preferbly in SaaS, software or platform environment
  • Able to demonstrate excellent client servicing skills and sales track record
  • Spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
  • Start-up mindset, able to work independently, fast-paced and able to adapt to changing environments
  • Around 20% traveling to APAC region
  • Experience with Salesforce will be a plus
