Client Services Officer

Job description

Job Duties:

  • Process and manage client instructions related to account opening, servicing, and closure, ensuring accurate system updates and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Provide operational support to the Manager to ensure end‑of‑day processing is completed accurately and within required timelines
  • Identify, escalate, and report exceptions, discrepancies, or irregularities promptly to management
  • Support and participate in business initiatives and projects, including gathering user requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivering internal training to team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and enhancing internal workflows and processes
  • Prepare and produce management information (MI) reports and operational metrics as required
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
  • Good knowledge of customer service, account opening/closure and/or CRS and FATCA tax reporting
  • Recent Graduates with part-time banking/customer service experience will be considered for an Officer role
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
