Client Service Representative - Luxury Watch

About the Role:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to incoming inquiries.
  • End-to-End Client Management
  • Qualify client needs and preferences (style, budget, availability, timeline).
  • Guide clients through the buying process.
  • Coordinate sourcing/availability and manage next steps.
  • Follow up consistently to move the client forward.
  • Build trust with clients through reliability, transparency, and a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and basic-to-intermediate knowledge of luxury watches (references, styles, market expectations, care, and service mindset).
  • Work toward sales/clienteling targets with a strong, positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update statuses, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams where needed.
  • Represent the brand/company in a confident, respectful, and polished manner.

About the Candidate:

  • Passion for watches (luxury/fine watches preferred).
  • Very good English speaking (clear, confident, customer-friendly communication).
  • Good attitude: friendly, proactive, patient, and able to handle repeated follow-ups professionally.
  • Strong customer service mindset and comfort speaking with clients.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through from start to finish.
  • Experience or knowledge from watch dealers, resellers, or brands' official channels.
  • Any connection to the luxury watch supply chain (dealer relationships, sourcing experience, or industry exposure).
  • Prior clienteling or sales experience in luxury retail.
