About the Role:
- Provide a high standard of customer service to incoming inquiries.
- End-to-End Client Management
- Qualify client needs and preferences (style, budget, availability, timeline).
- Guide clients through the buying process.
- Coordinate sourcing/availability and manage next steps.
- Follow up consistently to move the client forward.
- Build trust with clients through reliability, transparency, and a consultative approach.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and basic-to-intermediate knowledge of luxury watches (references, styles, market expectations, care, and service mindset).
- Work toward sales/clienteling targets with a strong, positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate client records, update statuses, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams where needed.
- Represent the brand/company in a confident, respectful, and polished manner.
About the Candidate:
- Passion for watches (luxury/fine watches preferred).
- Very good English speaking (clear, confident, customer-friendly communication).
- Good attitude: friendly, proactive, patient, and able to handle repeated follow-ups professionally.
- Strong customer service mindset and comfort speaking with clients.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through from start to finish.
- Experience or knowledge from watch dealers, resellers, or brands' official channels.
- Any connection to the luxury watch supply chain (dealer relationships, sourcing experience, or industry exposure).
- Prior clienteling or sales experience in luxury retail.
