Client Service Executive - International Bank

Responsibilities:

- Provide quality customer service surrounding banking products and E- banking systems
- Attend external clients' enquiries & requests for their bank accounts
- Offer support from the various business functions in the bank about systems, processes and other banking matters

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer experience/service/call centre (Fresh Grad also welcome)
- Ability to present concepts and influence/lead change
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
