Client Service Advisor

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform value-added proactive servicing activities, aiming to strengthen client relationships
  • Manage, log and investigate the daily servicing inquiries, and complaints of all assigned and escalate as appropriate.
  • Convey with local/regional operations at all levels for timely and accurate resolution of queries and cross-selling the bank's products and services to sales/referrals.
  • Conduct sales support to ensure the delivery of services to clients
  • Provide period service review and scorecard review with clients, analyze client activities, and give advice and suggestion for improvement

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Written simplified Chinese is a plus
  • 5 years' or above working experience in the area of Client Services in the bank or corporate/financial institutional client is preferred
  • Innovative and open-minded, maintaining a professional & positive attitude at all times
  • Passionate, urgency to serve our clients and operate as a client advocate
