Client Onboarding Manager - 9 Months Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen from one of our key investment banking client where they seek an experienced candidate with strong client on-boarding background to join as a temporary Manager in their regional Client Onboarding team in Hong Kong.
This role will lead a small team of contractors working on several cases and ensuring that client on-boarding end to end operations are managed closely. You will be the escalation point for complex cases, as well as prepare regular reports to the local and regional management team. You will liaise closely with different stakeholders in the business. Individuals must have strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Tertiary education
- At least 6 years' relevant client onboarding experience in sizeable financial institution in the HK market
- Team leadership experience, highly proactive and can work well with tight deadlines
- Strong communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Banking product knowledge highly preferred
- Immediately Available
