Our client is known as a leading global travel management company with long history. Currently they are looking for a Client Manager to join their team to serve as the primary contact point for building and maintaining strong relationship with designated accounts.
As a Client Manager, you will be focusing on relationship management to drive results for their travel program. You have to set up business reviews and leverage company's tools and relay relevant communication and updates in a timely manner. Also, to maximize client satisfaction and support in business strategy, while being the voice of the customer feedback and identification of customer pain points along with reviewing of current financial health and fees.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder
- 3 years' experience in relationship management, account management; ideally experienced in managing travel industry accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly customer service orientated with knowledge of travel industry and market nuances
- Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills
