Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

Job Duties:

  • General office administrative duties
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Receive and handle enquiries from internal and external parties
  • Data entry; Maintain and update database details
  • Assist in expenses and invoice handling
  • Ad hoc duties such a staff training support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 4 years of admin-related work experience
  • Cheerful, committed and organised team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • PC application on MS Word & Excel, English and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability as a plus
