Chief Operating Officer

Our client is Hong Kong Listed Medical Group with Retail operations in Greater China. With view of further expanding their business, they are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the Group's operations.

Reporting to the Group CEO, you will lead sizable teams covering Finance, Human Resources and Operations for Greater China market. Managing local and overseas teams, you will ensure the smooth running of day to day, from front line operations, manpower planning to efficient use of resources. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will support corporate development and strategic objectives; provide analytical insights and recommendations on necessary action plans. Moreover you will ensure a high level of compliance and operating standards are being maintained and observed throughout the organisation.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or similar disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of experiences in Retail Operations or Medical field
• Regional operations and multi-teams' management are essential
• Familiar with Greater China market is a must, Asia market experiences also highly preferred
• Prior exposure in managing Corporate Services such as Finance and HR is a definite advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English
