Card Operation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Card Operations Analyst to support daily card operations and settlement processes within a banking environment. This role focuses on operational support, data reconciliation, and reporting activities, requiring strong Excel skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. The ideal candidate will have banking operations experience, preferably within card operations or settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily card operations and settlement processes
• Extract, verify, and maintain operational data from internal systems
• Prepare reports and perform data reconciliation using Excel
• Upload and update operational information within internal platforms
• Monitor operational activities and investigate discrepancies when required
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and operational records
• Support ad hoc operational tasks, reporting requests, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, card operations, settlement, or payment operations
• Banking industry experience is required
• Knowledge of card operations and settlement processes is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of operational data
