Call Center Support (Have normal and overnight shift)
My Client is one of the biggest IT Consulting company in Hong Kong, they are currently extending their already massively grown team in Hong Kong and this is a great opportunity to get experience from their team.
If you are a fresh graduate, it's ok as long as you have the heart to learn new technology and be passionate about the job!
- Provide customer services through telephone and email
- Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action and coordination
- Assist to log and escalate cases to engineers to follow up
- Diploma in Education
- Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal
- Willing to learn and good working attitude
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
