Call Center/Helpdesk Support
- Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues to end users and keep track on helpdesk calls.
- Need to co-ordinate with 2nd level support teams and vendors to resolve the incidents
- Form 5 or above
- Chinese Word Processing, basic knowledge about network, desktop
- Exp. on working in call center or serving POS/ Retail customers
- 5 working day per week with shift duty (including Sat/Sun/PH, working hour ranging from 07:00-00;00, e.g. 07:00-16:00, 11:00-20:00, 15:00-00:00)
