C&B Manager

Job description

Our client is a well established mid-sized bank with operations in Hong Kong and China. They are currently seeking for an energetic and hands on Compensation and Benefits Manager based in their Hong Kong office.

Reporting to the HR team leader, this is an individual contributor role where you will work in the C&B team and being part of the regional HR function. You will have overall responsibility for Rewards and C&B programmes for their offices. Working closely with your own and other HR specialist teams, you will analyse performance management initiatives and strategic reports, present findings and recommendations to senior management. In addition, you will take part in projects such as external benchmarking, budgeting and bonus exercises. This is a fast paced organisation where you will gain exposure of regional markets, and take a critical leading role in the Rewards and C&B function for the Bank.

To qualify, successful individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • At least 3 years in a Rewards or C&B role
  • Prior exposure to the Banking sector is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in both HK & PRC markets is desirable
  • A level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Fluent in English and Chinese both written and verbal
